明治大学商学部卒業。在学中に公認会計士試験に合格。大学卒業後、会計コンサルティング会社にて約10年半にわたり、上場企業を中心とした連結決算支援、有価証券報告書等の開示書類作成支援、監査法人対応、財務デュー・デリジェンス、企業価値評価算定業務、会計・経理業務の改善支援などに従事。
その後、上場準備会社2社の経理部門にて、単体・連結月次決算、新規事業に係る会計処理の検討・整備、開示書類作成、監査法人対応、PPA、減損テスト等の高度な会計実務を担当。
2026年1月、株式会社Echole 取締役就任。
特に連結決算領域では、400社を超えるグループ会社を有し、海外展開、サブ連結、複雑な資本関係、M&Aを伴う高度な決算体制を少人数で支援。実務と会計基準の双方に基づき、企業の実態や意向を踏まえた会計処理の検討、監査法人との協議・調整にも数多く対応。会計基準を形式的に当てはめるだけでなく、企業側の考えを適切に整理し、実務上納得感のある着地点を見出すことを強みとする。
IFRS採用企業での実務経験も有しており、日本基準・IFRSの双方を踏まえた会計・開示対応も可能。
また、経理業務におけるExcel・スプレッドシート資料の設計・改善にも強みを有する。入力箇所や計算ロジックが分かりにくい資料、属人的に運用されている管理資料について、全体構造を整理し、入力者・利用者双方にとって利用しやすい形に再設計することを得意とする。VBAやGoogle Apps Script等を活用した高度な業務効率化にも対応し、会計実務への深い理解を前提とした、実用性と正確性を兼ね備えた業務改善を行う。
Graduate of the School of Commerce, Meiji University. Passed the Japanese CPA examination while still a student. After graduation, spent about ten and a half years at an accounting consulting firm, primarily serving listed companies in consolidated close support, preparation of disclosure documents such as securities reports, audit-firm coordination, financial due diligence, corporate valuation, and improvement of accounting and bookkeeping operations.
Subsequently, in the accounting departments of two IPO-preparing companies, handled advanced accounting practice including standalone and consolidated monthly close, the design and build-out of accounting treatments for new businesses, disclosure document preparation, audit-firm coordination, PPA, and impairment testing.
Appointed Director of Echole Inc. in January 2026.
In consolidated accounting in particular, has supported — with a small team — sophisticated close structures involving over 400 group companies, overseas operations, sub-consolidation, complex capital relationships, and M&A. Grounded in both practice and accounting standards, has addressed numerous cases of examining accounting treatments in light of a company's actual circumstances and intentions, and of negotiating and coordinating with audit firms. His strength lies not in mechanically applying standards, but in properly organizing the company's own thinking to reach practically convincing conclusions.
With hands-on experience at IFRS-adopting companies, he can handle accounting and disclosure under both Japanese GAAP and IFRS.
He is also strong in the design and improvement of Excel / spreadsheet materials for accounting operations. He excels at restructuring documents whose input fields or calculation logic are hard to follow, or management files that have become person-dependent, into forms that are easy to use for both preparers and users. He also handles advanced operational efficiency using VBA and Google Apps Script, delivering improvements that combine practicality and accuracy on the basis of a deep understanding of accounting practice.
