略歴Profile

東京大学 法科大学院 修了。
大手広告代理店にて、管理会計を起点に経理・税務・子会社管理等の事業管理に従事。
その後、エンタメ企業の海外事業管理部門に参画。欧州子会社の取締役として事業管理・上場準備を推進。
2026年1月、株式会社Echoleを創業。 Graduate School of Law, The University of Tokyo.
Began career at a major advertising group, covering management accounting, tax, and subsidiary management.
Later joined the international business management team of an entertainment group, serving as a board director of a European subsidiary, leading business management and IPO preparation.
Founded Echole Inc. in January 2026.

略歴Profile

明治大学 商学部 卒業。
会計コンサルティング会社にて、上場企業の連結決算・開示書類作成支援、業務改善、財務DD、企業価値評価等に従事。
その後、上場準備企業にて、新規事業の経理処理整備、IFRS適用対応、連結会計システム導入および上場準備資料の作成等に従事。
特に連結決算と業務改善・効率化に強みを持つ。
2026年1月、株式会社Echole 取締役就任。 Bachelor of Commerce, Meiji University.
At an accounting consulting firm, supported listed companies in consolidated close and disclosure document preparation, process improvement, financial DD, and corporate valuation.
Later, at an IPO-ready company, led the build-out of accounting processes for new business lines, IFRS adoption, consolidated accounting system implementation, and preparation of IPO-readiness materials.
Particular strength in consolidated close and process improvement / efficiency.
Appointed Director of Echole Inc. in January 2026.

My daily work is driven by the wish to give back, in whatever way I can, to those wrestling with back-office challenges.
